Frequently Asked Questions
If you own or manage a brick-and-mortar store, or advertise your products and services via word of mouth and brochures, you'll understand that your reach is often limited to the immediate area in which you're based. Detailing your offerings on a website provides customers with a new avenue to enquire and purchase your goods and services online instantly, and gives your brand a global reach.
Internal process can be become stale and outdated as technology moves forward. Looking into solutions to streamline these processes can help free up time for you or your employees to focus on more meaningful work.
Some processes can benefit your customers more directly. For example, if you offer a service which takes bookings by phone, an online booking form supported by an automated diary management tool could improve the flow for you and your customers. If your business manages logistics, status updates when a worker scans an item can trigger further processing such as updating stock numbers, ordering new stock, and notifying any relevant parties.
Managing employees, clients or customers could be made more efficient by incorporating an internal portal into your workflow. This portal may include features such as employee management tools to help improve the oversight of your team, or manage work schedules and holidays. Additional features could automate the processes which handle invoicing or handling stock and correspondence.
